Who can register as a B2B customer?
Our B2B program is open to brick-and-mortar retailers, online shops, wholesalers, cafés, coffeeshops, social clubs and lounges. Valid proof of business is required.
How long does activation take?
Once we have all required documents, we typically review your request within 24–48 hours.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for B2B customers. From €500 net order value shipping within Germany is free.
What payment methods do I have as a B2B customer?
B2B customers can pay by prepayment. Once a stable business relationship is established, payment by invoice is also possible.
