Shop as usual. Doesn't matter if it's a device, spare part or accessory — doesn't matter if you're a guest or signed in. No extra sign-up, no activation needed.

Earn points
48 hours after your order arrives we automatically credit 5% of the order value as BVS Points — you'll get a separate email the moment they hit your account. The 48-hour hold lets cancellations run cleanly so we never have to claw back points right after crediting them. Visible in your account, right under "My Account → BVS Points".

Redeem
At your next checkout you decide how many points to spend. 100 points = €1 discount — taken straight off the order value, no code needed.

Ordered as a guest? You don't lose anything.

BVS Points are tied to your email address , not to an account. That means: your first order as a guest already collects points that are reserved for you.

Fill your cart
Pack it with what you need. There's no minimum spend — even small amounts are redeemable (from 100 points = €1).

Go to checkout
In the order summary (right side), below the totals block, you'll find the BVS Points slot. Click "Redeem", enter the number of points you want to use — or pick "Max".

Place the order
The point value is deducted from the total immediately — across items and shipping. You only pay the difference with your chosen payment method.

Frequently asked

Do I earn points as a guest — without an account?

Yes. Points are automatically attributed to your email address, not to an account. If you later create an account with the same email, every point from your previous guest orders is immediately available — you lose nothing.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. On every order — whether a €5 mesh screen or a €500 full kit — you receive 5% as BVS Points.

When are the points credited?

As soon as your order is booked as paid. With PayPal, Klarna and card that's usually within a few minutes. With prepayment, only after receipt of payment. With cash on delivery, after delivery. If you cancel or return, the points are deducted accordingly.

Can I apply points to shipping?

Yes, the redeemed point amount reduces the entire order total including shipping. Shipping costs are just as "payable" as the items themselves.

Do my points expire?

Currently no. We reserve the right to introduce an expiry period (e.g. 24 months from credit) in the future — you'd be informed by email at least 30 days in advance.

Can I gift or transfer points?

Points are tied to your email. Direct transfer to another person is not provided for. You can, however, order to a different delivery address at any time — the points stay on your account.

What happens with a return?

If you return an item, we deduct the points credited for exactly that item. If you've already redeemed them on another order, in rare cases this can lead to a negative point balance — which we then smooth out with your next order.

Are points awarded on top of other discounts?

Points are calculated on the final order value after discounts (not on RRP). So if you combine a discount code + point redemption, you'll receive fewer points next time — we only pay out on the amount you actually paid.

BVS Points are a voluntary loyalty credit from BallvapeShop.de and do not represent a legal claim to a cash payout. They are non-transferable and redeemable only as part of an order through this shop. We reserve the right to adjust the cashback rate for future orders — the 5% baseline remains unchanged for points already credited. In case of misuse (e.g. repeated returns after redeeming points), we reserve the right to block the points account.
