TCC Fritted Disc with Quartz Ring

The fritted disc is a porous quartz disc for the matching quartz insert in the Universal Baller heater head. It forms part of the insert’s air path. The bowl holding the herbs is a separate component.

What does it do?

The porous structure distributes air through the heater head’s quartz air path. The fritted disc and high airflow disc are alternatives: use only one of them in the quartz insert.

How to use

The insert and one matching disc belong inside the heater housing; the ruby balls remain in the insert. Herbal material goes only in the separate bowl. Use one disc at a time, either fritted or high airflow, and match the insert and disc versions. Change components only with the device switched off, unplugged and fully cooled; never force parts into place.

Care

Allow all parts to cool completely before cleaning. Handle glass and quartz carefully, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry fully. If a part is stuck or damaged, contact the manufacturer or our support; do not force it loose or improvise a burn-off procedure.

Compatibility

• For the matching Quartz Insert V2 in the Universal Baller V2. The current Conversion Kit includes Ultra High Airflow components; check the part versions and fit before changing the disc.
• Not compatible with the V1 quartz insert — V1 and V2 architectures don't mix on this part
