Shipping with DHL
We ship every order reliably with DHL. After payment is received, your order is usually shipped within 24 hours. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.
Orders placed by 3 pm (Mon–Fri) or 9:30 am (Sat) ship the same day.

EU orders ship with DHL Paket — delivery time 2–5 business days depending on destination. Inside Germany DHL Paket usually delivers on the next business day.
We ship to the following EU countries
Shipping to Andorra
€14.95 with DHL parcel; free on orders of €100 or more.
Estimated delivery: 6–10 working days after dispatch.
VAT-exempt export. Imports into Andorra may incur additional duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may delay delivery.
Delivery options
DHL parcel
Standard for all orders, with tracking. Germany €6.95, free from €50; EU €14.95, free from €100.
DHL Packstation
Germany only: choose “DHL Packstation” at checkout and enter your Postnummer and the Packstation number. Cash on delivery and letter shipping aren’t available for Packstations.
Deutsche Post letter (€1.90)
For small parts such as screens and heating balls within Germany, when the cart contains only such items. No tracking, usually 1–3 working days.
Payment methods
Use the payment method that suits you best. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. Direct debit and credit card via PayPal are also possible.
Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express – secure processing via Stripe.
Klarna
Pay later or in instalments via Klarna – choose it under “Credit card / Klarna” at checkout.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
Pay with one tap on supported devices – the buttons appear automatically in the cart and at checkout.
Bank transfer
Classic prepayment via bank transfer. Your order ships once payment arrives; bank details are included in the order confirmation. Bonus: 2% extra BVS points (from a €50 order value, below that a flat 150 points).
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash on delivery directly to the DHL courier. From €150 order value, cash on delivery is free, otherwise we charge €9.00 extra.
