CrossingTech WOHW V1 Heating Coil 20 mm

The 20 mm heating coil is the original heating coil for the Ruby Twist V1 and Ruby Twist Pro — and for any other 20 mm-compatible CrossingTech setup. It wraps around the heater housing, brings the ruby balls up to working temperature, and feeds heat in a controlled way into the injector.

Heating coils are wear parts. If heat-up time grows, behaviour gets uneven, or the coil no longer responds cleanly to temperature changes, it's time to swap. This 20 mm version is a direct 1:1 replacement for the original coil shipped in the Ruby Twist kits.

How to use

Before first use we recommend heating the empty coil at around 425 °C (800 °F) for about 10 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue. Then dial in your working temperature — on the Ruby Twist the recommended range sits around 270–330 °C (518–626 °F).
